About

I'm GlitchMaster, a music producer from Washington State, but my real name is Andrew.

In early 2015, when I was 14, I discovered the free DAW LMMS and started producing music. Progressive house was the first genre that I produced. The relative simplicity of it allowed me to focus more on the chords and melodic progression of my songs rather than the sound design. For eight months I refined my music theory and arrangement skills before purchasing FL Studio in October of 2015.

This marked the first stepping stone in my path. FL Studio includes more complex tools for sound design, such as Sytrus and Vocodex. With these new tools and the vast amount of tutorials on YouTube from channels such as SeamlessR, I was able to find my true style, melodic bass music. From this point forward, I began work on my debut album, The Time Paradox. Along the way I learned more about composing, mixing, and structuring music than I ever had before. And finally, after two years of production, I have attained a professional level of composition, mixing, and mastering.
